Apartment Pino is located on a lovely green hilltop. Two floors, 2 bathrooms and 3 air conditioners (included in price) make it an ideal residence for up to 5 persons, providing the most pleasant stay. Since all the sleeping provided in bedrooms, the living/dining room is always free for use. You can use a cot for a small child. Included (free): WiFi (Flat 300 Mbps, 3 ACs, towels, linen, a cot (optional). The apartment owners live in the same building during summer and are fully open to communication with guests.

Apartment "Pino" is located on the first floor in a small residential building on the hilltop „Vidikovac“, surrounded by a quiet pine park. Vidikovac is a tourist-oriented part of Pula. The sea is only 600 meters away, and beautiful beaches and promenades are at 800 meters. The old town center of Pula is 1700 m away. A pharmacy, a restaurant and a well-supplied grocery store are only 150 meters from the apartment. Due to its excellent location, apartment Pino is a perfect starting point to many excursions, such as boat trips to Brijuni, hydrofoil to Venice, or by car to the beautiful interior of Istria. In the nearby natural protected bay there is a well equipped marina. The gastronomic offer is excellent in Pula and its surrounding. If you look for a quiet holiday, either on foot or by car, you can reach the numerous tennis courts and many other sports facilities for you and your children or use walking and jogging paths along the coast. There are also the Aquarium, a variety of beaches and many famous historical buildings. During the summer season there is a rich cultural and entertainment program organized in Pula at various locations.

The living room is connect with a loggia surrounded by greenery, coastal scents and sounds of crickets and birds. Guests are able to access all the apartment area and atrium access. They may freely use public parking places by the residential building.

The apartment has two floors and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room, a gallery and a balcony. The bedroom on the lower floor is larger. There is a king size bed and it is possible to use a cot for a small child. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an electric and microwave oven, a toaster, a smoothie maker, a grill pan, espresso/moka/filter caffe, ... The living room has a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. This room has a window facing a green park of pine trees, oleanders and other Mediterranean plants. Double doors connect the living room with a loggia. The loggia has a round table and chairs for five. The spiral staircase leads to the upper floor with the gallery, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a king size bed and the smaller room has a single bed. In both bathrooms there are shower stalls, and the lower one has a washing machine with all accessories. For your convenience the apartment is equipped with three air conditioners (in the larger bedrooms and living room). Also, there is a fast flat-rate Internet with Wi-Fi. The apartment has enough wardrobes and a chest of drawers to store your belongings, as well as an electronic safe to store valuables. Towels and linen are included in the rental price.

There is a public bus stop 50 meters from the building, so you can use the circular city lines to reach all the important places in Pula (beaches, markets, shopping centers, museums, Arena ...). If you have a bike (you also can rent one in a nearby bike shop), you can enjoy the rides along the beaches or quickly get to the city center.
