Villa Vesna

Villa Vesna is set on four different levels ensuring privacy and space for a group of friends seeking for relaxing and adventures holiday. The villa has four bedrooms, each with en-suite showers and its own distinctive character. Attractive paintings and colorful fabrics lend warmth, set off against white walls and wooden floors. All four bedrooms have a magnificent view to the Adriatic Sea. Two double bedrooms are two situated on the ground floor on either side of a centrally located hallway, while additional two double bedrooms are found upstairs.

This four bedroom stone villa, is perfect for a group of friends seeking for relaxing and adventures holiday. The villa offers a private pool and a Mediterranean garden located to the side of the villa perfect to relax and enjoy the long summer evenings.

During the renovation of the houses, built in late 19. century, we were led by the vision to adapt the old authentic houses of that time ("stara primorska kuća" – old house from the region of Primorje) to the modern requirements of the 21. century.The vineyards and the olive grove were planted in 2008. All the shrubs and herbs that you can find in the gardens surrounding the house are at your disposal.Villa Vesna object no. 146540 and Villa Milka object no. 146539 are two independent villas, both with their own private pools and gardens, situated on the top of the property. The two villas can be rented separately or together for a group up to 12 people. When rented to different parties, complete privacy is granted. The panoramic swimming pool is set on the right next to the villa. In the lawned garden, benches provide relaxation and excellent views on the Island Krk..

Stairs lead to a traditional style lounge - cool in the summer and cosy in the winter. This style lounge is found on the intermediate floor between the ground and fist floor. The highlight of the lounge is a traditional open fire place for a warm log fire during the cooler months. A spacious kitchen, located also on this level, leads out onto a large covered outdoor eating area with BBQ facilities in the back yard. On the ground floor a trap door opens up to a staircase that leads into a secondary lounge and TV area situated in the wine cellar, with a wealth of modern comforts it nevertheless retains its rustic, rural enchantment.

    “Hallo, das Haus hat uns im Ganzen sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt zwar ganz oben am Berg, aber man gewöhnt sich sehr schnell an die Straße und den Weg. Alles um und im Haus war genau wie auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick auf das Meer war fantastisch. Man musste nur aufpassen, nicht mit nassen Füßen auf den Fliesen draußen am Grill und im Haus zu laufen, Rutschgefahr.
    Bis zum Meer brauchten wir ca. 30 min zu Fuß und sind mit Taxi für 30 - 40 Kuna (1€ = 7,50 Kuna) wieder zurück gefahren. Oder wir parkten unsere Autos unten am Meer. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Preise fast wie bei uns. Wir wechselten Geld in der Bank oder hoben es vom Konto ab, aber man kann auch fast überall mit der Karte zahlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und deutschsprachig. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Privatsphäre. Ich empfehle das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter.”
