The property is located at the end of a dead end, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court. Owner's berth (up to 5m) 2 buckles are available free of charge and in August €10 per day
