The holiday flat is located in one of the most popular residential areas in the city. The residential driveways are not through. (dead ends), very quiet residential area! The bus stop to the city centre is a 2-minute walk away.

    “Alles ist sauber und Tip top Ausstattung, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Positiv: Tolle Vermieter, die sich auch die Zeit nehmen für ein kleines Gespräch. Die Lage am Stadtrand ist perfekt für Spaziergänge mit dem Hund, und doch ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt oder am See.”

    “Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung Positiv: Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnlage, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schön vor allem für Wanderer, schwimmen und Radfreunde. Ideal für Mensch und Hund gerne wieder.”

    “Gepflegt, gemütliche kleine Wohnung ziemlich zentral gelegen. Negativ: Der zu enge Kontakt zum Vermieter, fand ich weniger gut, weil man dadurch weniger seine Ruhe hatte.
    Und das die Wohnung direkt in einen Wohngebiet liegt und man den Nachbarn direkt auf den Teller schauen kann, dadurch hat man drausen wenig, bis keine Privatsphäre. Restaurant: La Paz - Ein mexikanisch Restaurant in Neubrandenburg, sehr lecker, schöner Außenbereich und supernettes und bemühtes Personal. Ausflüge: Tollensesee - Wunderschöner See um die Ecke, um ihn zu erreichen muss man ein Stück durch einen schönen Wald.”

    vielen Dank für die Bewertung unserer Fewo.
    Das unser Small Talk und die Ausflugsinformationen für "störend" empfunden wurden, tut uns leid, wir haben es nicht so empfunden.
    In der Objektbeschreibung steht gleich im ersten Satz, dass die Fewo sich in einem Wohngebiet befindet, was auch allgemein üblich ist.
    Unser Grundstück ist im Gartenbereich mit Sichtschutz (1.80m) und Hecke (2.20m) zum Nachbarn umgeben (Grundstück beträgt 800m²).
    Die Einfriedung im Außenbereich im Außenbereich für Kleinhunde ist bewusst gewollt, um einen angenehmen Urlaub für unsere Gäste zu ermöglichen, da wir auch Tiere und einen Gartenteich haben.
    Bei richtiger Angabe der Hunde, größer als 60 cm wäre es nicht zu einer Anmietung gekommen.”
