    “Das Haus liegt tatsächlich in Benissa und nicht in Calpe. Hoch oben und wohl auch nur mit dem Fahrzeug zu erreichen. Im Gegensatz zum Pool waren die Aussenanlagen wenig oder nicht gepflegt, die vordere Terasse mit Grillplatz war so unsauber das diese nicht zu benutzen war. Für das Haus gab es keinerlei Beschreibung oder Erklärungen zu techn. Anlagen wie Warmwasseraufbereitung, Heizung, TV (wenn es denn mal funktionierte) usw. - hier gab es dann auch jede Menge Missverständnisse. Vieles war defekt oder verschmutzt. Der Weg zum "Strand" von Benissa geht zu Fuß ca. 20 Min. steil bergab - zurück 60 Minuten steil bergauf - wer es denn mag. Das Haus kann von uns wegen der vielen Mängel wirklich nicht weiterempfohlen werden (Fotos liegen hier vor). Ohne eigenes Fahrzeug oder Leihwagen geht hier nichts.
