Villa San Demich is a delightful modern villa that will provide you with the perfect vacation experience. The villa is located in Pula, close to all historical sights, bars, restaurants etc. It is surrounded by a fairly large piece of land - approx. 1600 m2, with a large garden, outdoor dining area, outdoor jacuzzi and a 60m2 pool. The outdoor area is large enough to accommodate 10 people. The villa has 5 bedrooms, each with large double beds, TV, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. There is also a sixth bathroom. The living area includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, a stylish dining area and a comfortable living room. There is a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as a sleeping option for two people. From the living area you have direct access to the pool area and garden, where you can spend unforgettable summer days - either in the pool, where you will find cooling off from the sun, or on the children's playground, where you will spend nice moments with your kids, or just in the shade of the outdoor kitchen, while reading your favorite summer novel or enjoying a delicious meal. It's up to you, you just have to decide!

Villa San Demich is located in a residential area. It is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed.Pula is the most important and largest port in Istria, and recently a real tourist treasure. The well-protected bay of Pula is one of the best natural harbors in the Adriatic. The town, surrounded by the lush green landscape of southern Istria, possesses exceptional beauty and culture. This coastal town with a surprising number of historical monuments, beautiful beaches, as well as an amazing beauty of the interior, is an ideal place to relax. By far the most beautiful symbol of Roman influence in Istria is the enchanting, twenty-century-old City Arena, the sixth largest amphitheater in the world.
Today, Pula offers great opportunities for vacationers. The tourist offer includes many sports grounds, recreation and entertainment, dance terraces, discotheques, casinos, as well as various excursions. The city is proud of its well-preserved amphitheater, the largest amphora site in the world, the Temple of Augustus, many churches, monasteries, Venetian and Austro-Hungarian architecture, excellent and varied choice of food in its many restaurants, museums, galleries, concert events, great nightlife and many other attractions in this famous city. There are two marinas in the city to increase the development of nautical tourism. Pula is also known as a conference center. The city is easily accessible, and an airport is located in the immediate vicinity of Pula (6 km), where international air traffic is accepted. Pula is also a center for sports tourism because of its mild climate, good sports facilities and proximity to the airport, which attracts domestic and foreign sports teams for winter training. In addition to the usual land sports, there are opportunities for a variety of water sports.
