Situated in a quiet residential area, surrounded by a soothing oak forest and yet within easy reach of the charming historic centre of Pula, Villa Del Sole offers a relaxing base from which to explore all the sights this beautiful region has to offer. All the necessary amenities are within walking distance and some of the most beautiful beaches in Istria are just a few kilometres away. Inside, the accommodation is divided into two separate single-storey units. The main house has an open-plan kitchen with dining room. This leads to the lovely terrace with another dining and lounge area where you can enjoy lazy afternoons in the shade. There is also a cosy living room with direct access to the pool and garden, as well as two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a bathroom. The independent studio flat is located right next to the pool and has a double bedroom with an additional sofa bed, a small kitchen with dining area and a private bathroom.
A beautiful fenced garden surrounds the house and the inviting private pool with plenty of natural shade. There you can enjoy the wonderful climate while watching the little ones play in their own playground.Pula is the tourist centre of Istria, culturally and traditionally, but also because of its beautiful natural landscape. The city experienced its heyday in the Roman era, which left numerous traces, in particular the famous amphitheatre. In Venetian times, Pula developed into the control centre of the Adriatic and over the centuries the port became the most important in the region. Pula offers all kinds of leisure activities such as sports facilities, nightclubs, casinos, pubs and restaurants, as well as organised tours. The town has two passenger harbours, both of great importance for cruise tourism. Today, Pula is a holiday resort for relaxing on the beautiful coast and crystal clear sea, steeped in legends and history. Unspoilt forests, beautiful beaches and the Mediterranean climate turn this place into an attraction for beach holidaymakers. You can enjoy the unique nature everywhere. The breathtakingly beautiful nature reserve of Cape Kamenjak and the well-known Brijuni Islands with their unique flora and fauna create an exotic oasis in the northern Mediterranean region.
