A warm greeting at the vacation house "Beim Sommermader" in beautiful Nesselwang. Located in the small hamlet of Thal above Nesselwang, our two vacation apartments are situated in a quiet and sunny location in our newly completed house from 2023. Nesselwang offers a wide range of leisure activities for movement, relaxation, or exploration in every season and weather. In summer, enjoy hiking, cycling, mountaineering, the adventure train at the local mountain Alpspitz, or relax at various natural lakes. In winter, experience cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and skiing in the family-friendly ski area at the local mountain Alpspitz. The Alpspitz-Bade-Center provides relaxation in any weather. You can experience tradition, customs, culture, and history at numerous events. We warmly welcome families as our guests.

Our new and comfortable 2.5-room holiday apartment (71 sqm) in the attic is cozily furnished and designed for 2-4 people. It features a very well-equipped kitchen with a bright dining area, a large and friendly living area, a spacious bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. The apartment has an east-facing balcony and a south-facing balcony, each offering mountain views. An extra bed for 2, or possibly 3 additional people by prior arrangement, is available (one additional guest bed in the bedroom and two more guest beds in the living room). A washing machine and free Wi-Fi, as well as a storage room for ski and sports equipment, are provided.

Conditions:
A prepayment of 20% will be charged after booking. The payment is to be made in advance by bank transfer. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged 80% of the total price. Arrival is possible from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Departure is possible until 10:00 AM. Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation. The key handover will take place in person on-site.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. An extra bed can be provided upon request for a fee of €15.00 per night.
The tourist tax of €2.10 per person/night (adults from 16 years) or €1.00 per person/night (children/teenagers from 6-15 years) is not included in the overnight rate and will be charged separately. We are a non-smoking house, and smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Included in the price are water, electricity, bed linen, kitchen cloths, towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and toilet paper. The washing machine can also be used free of charge.
