A holiday with the beach right on your doorstep. Be the first in the sea in the morning in the still empty bay and the last in the evening: At Villa Casa de Cala Gat, situated in a pine forest about 50 metres above the famous Cat Bay, you can enjoy this beach life every day. Cat Bay? Cala Gat got its name from the stray cats that used to live in the neighbourhood. Today, however, the kitties have moved further down the rocky coast to the lighthouse, where tourists like to feed them. The lively town of Cala Ratjada with all its offers and amenities, the harbour and the promenade, along which you can stroll back to the villa by the sea, is also just a stone's throw away. Here you will find relaxation and shade on the two covered terraces in front of and behind the house. At the front, a beautiful dining table invites you to enjoy your meals al fresco and you have views of the beach and sea from the house. Cala Gat is also an ideal diving and snorkelling destination for beginners. In the crystal-clear, turquoise-coloured sea, you will discover a beautiful underwater landscape with caves and grottos and a surprising abundance of fish, including octopuses, neon tetras, eels, mussels and snails.

Back from the sea, after washing off the sand in the outdoor shower, the villa at Cat Bay offers the perfect retreat for chilling, eating, playing, reading, sleeping and more. Spread over 210 m² on two levels, holidaymakers will find comfortable furnishings that meet the demands of a pleasant villa holiday. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a large dining and living room, as well as a bathroom and three bedrooms. The living and dining area with TV corner and dining table offers a connection to the front veranda and thus also to the sea through large window fronts. The walls of the cosy kitchen are tiled with traditional Mallorcan tiles. An additional dining table is available for meals in smaller groups. From here you can access the rear veranda via a patio door. The three double bedrooms, like their counterparts on the upper floor, offer plenty of space and storage for your holiday wardrobe. In addition, all bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV to provide some entertainment even if you are bored. A second, spotlessly clean bathroom on the upper floor completes the interior of the villa.

Villa Casa de Cala Gat is located just 50 metres above the famous Cat Bay. From here you can easily stroll along the promenade in 10 minutes to reach the harbour of the popular tourist resort of Cala Ratjada with its pure Mediterranean island flair. In addition to shopping opportunities in numerous supermarkets and at the weekly market, you will find boutiques, restaurants, bars, clubs and much more. With Platja Son Moll, Cala Agulla and Cala Lliteras, there are three more beaches to choose from for your bathing pleasure in Cala Ratjada.
