Holiday apartment with private pool and terrace with barbecue

The holiday apartment is located in a townhouse, renovated in 2017 and is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. Bike rental at the landlord for a fee.

Pula. The holiday apartement is located on a 300 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

air conditioner, central heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 8 m, depth 1,4 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to the end of September.
