Holiday home with heated pool

This beautifully furnished holiday home with fully fenced garden is located in a suburb of Pula.



The living space of 75m² of the ground-level house consists of two bedrooms each with a double bed, two bathrooms and a living room with a sofa bed for two people. Two supplementary beds can be added on request. Therefore the house is ideal for a large family or two acquainted families. There are bedside tables with reading lamps next to the double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, fridge, gas stove with oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and cooking utensils. While one bedroom is a separate room, you step straight into the living and sleeping room of the other apartment from the apartment entrance. One bathroom has a shower attachment and shower curtain in the bath, a WC, bidet, washing machine and washbasin. The second bathroom has a shower bath with a shower curtain, a WC and washbasin. Both apartments have a dining table, for two or four people. The apartment also provides satellite TV, free wireless Internet access, a radio and central air conditioning with a remote-controlled cooling and heating function. The windows have wooden frames and allow plenty of daylight in. Changes of bedlinen and towels every four days are included. Note that smoking is not permitted inside the house.



The house is surrounded by an extensive garden, with lawns, flowers and fruit trees. A brick-built fireplace grill, garden furniture and a roofed terrace allow you to enjoy meals outdoors in summer sheltered from the sun. For arrivals by car, there are two shaded parking spaces available on site.



Despite the quiet location, there are restaurants, grocery shops and public transport connections within 500 metres. Shopping centres, many picturesque sandy beaches with crystal clear water, the airport or the ancient town centre of Pula are within a 4km radius. The town is a thousand years old, is rich in cultural monuments and offers a range of attractions and activities in summer, such as swimming, riding, diving, water sports, tennis and panoramic flights. The easily accessible region is also famous for its good cuisine and excellent wines.
