    “Trotz der genannten Punkte würden wir jederzeit wieder dort wohnen. Positiv: Ruhige Lage, Ausstattung schien ziemlich neu zu sein und war in sehr gutem Zustand. Preise schön klein gehalten. Guter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Negativ: WLAN war zwar vorhanden, allerdings war das Signal schwach. Eine Internetverbindung war aber auf den fünf Endgeräten nicht zu bekommen. Mobile Daten gingen hier dank 5G aber sehr gut.
    Die Aussenfotos entsprechen nicht dem Apartment. Dieses inkl. Terrasse befindet sich auf der Nordseite des Gebäudes. Früh und Abend hat man aber Sonne auf der Terrasse. Das Foto suggeriert, dass es einen Stellplatz gibt, dem ist aber nicht so. Man muss entweder auf dem Gehsteig parken (wie es alle dort machen) oder auf einen Parkplatz ausweichen, der zwei Straßen weiter und immer voll ist.”
