Elegant portion of a two-family house at 10 km from the beautiful town of Orvieto. The property is located in a dominating position, set on a gentle hill overlooking a big valley. The house owner lives in the other part of the house. The 2 units have independent access from an opposite private, equipped outdoor area. Large pool set amongst the greenery to be shared with the owner. In summertime there are plenty of gourmet festivals, musical events and fairs in the area of Orvieto. The house was restored using traditional materials and in local style to maintain the rustic atmosphere; some pieces of furniture are made by a renowned local craftsman. Parking on the property. Distances: Lake Corbara with the Tiber River Park (excursions and canoeing) 6 km, Orvieto 10 km, Todi and Lake Bolsena 28 km, Viterbo and its thermal springs 41 km.

    “Für uns ein kleines Paradies auf Erden. Auch die Kinder waren total begeistert. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 4-6 Personen und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieterin, und ihr Sohn sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie sind da wenn man sie braucht. Es gibt einen riesigen Garten mit sehr großem Pool und fantastischem Blick in die Landschaft. 2 Wochen waren uns fast zu wenig, aber wir kommen ja wieder. Daher freuen wir uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch bei den beiden. Ihre Tipps waren einfach immer toll und für uns war es rundum perfekt. Ein kleines Manko gab es jedoch: die Dusche... man benötigt etwas Geschick um herauszufinden wie man in der Wanne duscht ohne eine Überschwemmung im Bad zu verursachen. Aber auch das haben wir schnell gelöst und somit war an nichts etwas auszusetzen. Wir empfehlen das Haus in jedem Fall weiter!!! Danke Kris und Karl!”
