    “Reeds bij aankomst, krijg je met veel moeite de voordeur open. Ze klemt en laat zich zeer moeilijk openen en sluiten. De woning was vuil, niet gekuist. Erg als je bedenkt dat je met zes personen €180 reinigingskosten moet betalen. Spinnenwebben die ouder zijn dan 1 maand hangen overal. Dode uitgedroogde kevers... Voor twee weken betaalden wij alles bij elkaar €3300 huur. Je verwacht dan wel iets anders... Voor deze huurprijs verwacht ik een huis dat prima in orde is, geen huis waar je een lekkende koffiemachine vindt die op een dienblad staat en waar opgeschreven staat met stift dat je deze hierop moet laten staan omdat hij lekt. Kapotte broodrooster, bedden die uit elkaar hangen. Lekkende toiletten waar papiertjes aan hangen waarop staat dat je nogmaals moet drukken tot het lekken stopt. Droogrekjes die vuil, vies en vol gekalkt zijn. Vuil plastic tuinstel, waarvan de originele kleur wit zou moeten zijn. Plafonds die niet afgewerkt zijn in de badkamer. Je moet opletten bij het binnengaan van de keuken, want er staat een betonnen trap en een keukenkast aan de ingang. Kortom het huis is na twintig jaar dringend aan verfraaiing toe. Zulke huizen zouden niet in de verhuur mogen gezet worden! Volgens ons is dit helemaal niet correct. Van huisjesmelkerij gesproken…”

    “Dear guest, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We spoke to the owner who informed us that he only charged 60€ for the cleaning. He was surprised about these comments because it seems that he was in direct contact with the guests and was never told about these issues such as the coffee machine leaking and cobwebs. If the guests had informed him about it, he could have sent someone over to fix these issues. Nevertheless, he agrees to replace what needs to be replaced in order that his property is up to the standards. We look forward to seeing you again in one of our NOVASOL properties.
