Beautiful farmhouse near the ski area

Buchenbach is located in the beautiful Dreisam Valley, nestled between the Schauinsland and Feldberg mountains in the Black Forest. The district of Wagensteig is located at about 550 metres above sea level in the Upper Black Forest between Buchenbach and St. Märgen. Here you will also find our apartment, located next to the owner's farmhouse and its many animals such as horses, cows, cats and chickens. Farm products are also offered by the host. The apartment has a balcony and a sunbathing lawn with play facilities for children and a barbecue for fun in the evenings. Children have plenty of space to play on the large lawn.A large network of interesting bike paths and mountain bike trials start in the Dreisamtal and lead over the surrounding mountains such as Schauinsland, Feldberg, Turner and Kandel.Also worth mentioning is the Konus card, which is included upon paying tourist tax and entitles you to free use of public transport and is ideal for various excursions.Interesting destinations: Titisee (20km), Freiburg (20km), Feldberg (25km), Europapark Rust (40km).Thanks to its favourable location, trips to the neighbouring Alsace with its well-known destinations including Hochkönigsburg, Strasbourg and Colmar are of course also possible. Day trips to Switzerland are also recommended.

    “Zeer leuk en gezellig huisje, met alles erop en eraan. Het huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het huis voelt knus aan en is mooi gelegen. Gastvrouw is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en doet er alles aan om het je nasr de zin te maken.
    Onze kinderen hebben erg genoten. Ze mochten overal op het terrein spelen. Ook leuk was de trampoline. En de geiten, katten en kippen niet te vergeten (van de naastgelegen woning waar de eigenaar woont; maar op ruime afstand en dus voldoende privacy).”

    we hebben wel wifi en wasmachine gemist.”
