The house is located on the edge of a small settlement, the owner occasionally inhabits the neighboring house. - The Tiber Valley can be discovered on foot, by bike, by car or even by train (Sansepolcro-Perugia), following the footsteps of St. Francis - from La Verna to Assisi. From here you can also quickly reach the interesting Tuscan and Umbrian towns and cities in the area: Anghiari 10 km, San Sepolcro 12 km, Città di Castello 15 km; Arezzo 35 km. Monterchi with the famous pregnant Madonna by Piero della Francesca, several restaurants, summer concerts in the piazza and the annual polenta festival in September 3 km.
