Modern holiday apartment with a private garden, near the Baltic Sea coast

The light and invitingly furnished holiday apartment is in rural surroundings on the edge of a quiet residential estate, about 3km from the beach and the sea.

The holiday accommodation is on the first floor of a single-family house and has a fully-heated interior of around 58m², comprising a cosy entrance area, a generous living and dining room with an open and fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a daylight bathroom with a shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 cm wide). The stove in the living room exudes warmth and cosiness during the cooler season. Firewood is provided free of charge. The flatscreen TV in the living room provides entertainment. All the windows are fitted with external blinds.

Right in front of the house there is a terrace for private use with seating. It is not fully enclosed and can be looked into openly from the neighbouring house belonging to the owner. In the morning this sunny spot is ideal for breakfast outdoors. The apartment also has a fully enclosed garden for your own exclusive use, which cannot be looked into. It has two garden loungers, garden chairs, a table and a grill. You can park your car on the two private outdoor parking spaces right in front of the building.

Free wireless Internet access is available throughout the accommodation.

A bakery, a restaurant with a fishmonger and bicycle hire can be found locally. The nearest supermarket is about 5.5km away in the town Kappeln. It is recommended to go on a trip to the Baltic Sea beach about 3km away. The apartment also has a direct connection to the B199 main road. The town Kappeln not only has various shops, but its beautiful harbour invites you to pay a leisurely visit. It is also worth seeing the town Arnis, which is regarded as the smallest town in Germany. Owing to its proximity to the German-Danish border (ca. 50km), the property is also a good starting point for a trip to the Nordic neighbouring country.

    “Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen sie ist modern und recht gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Besonders hat es uns das Badezimmer angetan. Trotz der Nähe der Bundesstraße war die Wohnung sehr ruhig und angenehm.
    Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und hatten in der Vermieterin und deren Familie immer eine Gesprächspartner, wenn wir Fragen zu Ausflugzielen u. ä. hatten.
    Mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad sind auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar. Überhaupt ist die Mitnahme vom Fahrrad sehr empfehlenswert, so kann man in aller Ruhe die vielen Radwege nutzen um die Gegend zu erkunden.
    Die Möglichkeit, direkt im Haus leckere, selbstgekochte Marmelade zu kaufen, fand ich besonders gut.”

    “Sehr schöne, geräumige, moderne und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung, nette Vermieter, Möglichkeiten im Garten zum Relaxen, Entspannen, Essen und Grillen.
    Eventuell sollte man darauf hinweisen, dass eine relativ steile Treppe in die Ferienwohnung in die obere Etage führt. Das Bad ist der Traum schlechthin; wohl dem, der so ein Bad zu Hause hat. Hier wurde mit feinem Material gearbeitet und mit schönen Accessoires und Fotos / Bildern in allen Räumen liebevoll dekoriert. Vielen Dank für diese schönen 2 Wochen.”

    “Wir haben eine top gepflegte Wohnung vorgefunden. Toll eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht. Auch das Geschirr super sauber. Der Ort ist ruhig, kein großes Angebot, aber das hat man ja im nahegelegenen Kappeln. Die Vermieterin stand uns immer mit Rat und guten Tipps zur Verfügung. Leider hat uns das Wetter ein Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht. Ein Grund mehr, wiederzukommen.”
