Unsere Reetdach Luxusvilla Ostseefrische liegt am feinsandigen Strand von Lobbe unweit der großen Touristenzentren Göhren, Baabe, Sellin und Binz. Auf einem 2500 m² großen Grundstück können Sie in einer ca. 142 m² Villa einen traumhaften Urlaub erleben. Die Villa eignet sich für eine Familie oder Freunde und Bekannte. In den Obergeschossen befinden sich 2 Balkone, 3 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 6 Betten und ein Arbeitszimmer mit Schreibtisch und Boxspring Schlafcouch für 2 Personen. Im Wohnbereich erwartet Sie ein Kamin, großer Flachbildschirmfernseher mit Soundbar und Blu Ray Player, ein großer Esstisch für 8 Personen und eine offene Küche mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Vom Esstisch im Erdgeschoss und den Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoß mit Balkon schauen Sie in den weitläufigen Garten. Die Villa ist mit insgesamt 4 Bädern ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie ein Bad mit Sauna, Dusche und WC. In den oberen Etagen befinden sich noch drei weitere Bäder - eins davon mit zusätzlicher Badewanne. Vom großen Bad im Obergeschoß haben Sie einen Blick auf die Ostsee.
Den nahegelegenen Sandstrand erreichen Sie zu Fuß in weniger als 7 Minuten.
Nach Eingang der Restzahlung erhalten Sie die Anreiseunterlagen - in diesen sind die noch zu zahlenden Nebekosten hinterlegt.
Die Nebenkosten müssen vor Anreise an den Vermieter überwiesen werden. Die Kaution dient zur Verrechnung der Nebenkosten für Strom und Wasser, der Restbetrag wird innerhalb von 14 - 21 Werktagen auf das anzugebende Konto zurück überwiesen. Hinweis zur Kurtaxe im Ostseebad Baabe, seit dem 01.01.2021 zählt der An- und Abreisetag als ein Kurtaxenpflichtiger Tag pro Person (Bsp. 7 Tage buchen = 8 Tage Kurtaxe pro Person).
