Villa Elorea is a modern one-storey holiday home on the outskirts of Nova Vas near Brtonigla, an area known for quality wines and olive oil, as well as several excellent restaurants and taverns.
In the village itself there is a shop and a small restaurant, in Novigrad, 8 km away, are bank, pastry, beach, water sports and other important facilities. The most famous amusement park Aquapark Istralandia is only 2,5 km from the holiday home.
On enclosed property of 770 sqm Villa Elorea offers the guests an outdoor swimming pool, equipped summer kitchen, children's playground and parking for two vehicles.
Holiday home of 180 sqm for 6-8 persons consists of a beautiful and spacious living area with sitting corner with two sleeping possibilities, dining table and equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, air conditioning and satellite TV, a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, satellite TV and its own shower/toilet, a shower/toilet and a separate toilet in the hallway.
The house has also a game room with entrance from the outside with a multi-functional game table (table football, billiards, ...) and darts.
