Here you can admire a splendid view overlooking the sea of Varazze and you will have direct access to the beach via a staircase. The house comprises two separate apartments, not connected internally, ideal for families traveling together. The town of Varazze is a renowned resort where different souls are to be found merged together: sea, mountain and Medieval village, creating a perfect combination for even the most demanding travellers. This stretch of the Ligurean coast is located between the promontories Mola and Aspera and offers a 4.5 km walk along the seafront promedate “Europa” which connects Varazze to the nearby Cogoleto. In these territories you can also practice Nordic Walking, heading towards the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Guardia, a belvedere on the city and on the Ligurian coast. For your days under the sun you can enjoy over 1 km of white sandy beach, several bathing establishments equipped with every comfort, as well as free beaches, ideal for fun and relaxing moments for the whole family! A few meters away, set in some fascinating coves, you can find several restaurants where you can unwind and enjoy exquisite local dishes. The swimming pool is open all year, however it's not heated.
