Surrounded by water, you can enjoy a particularly maritime vacation at OstseeResort Olpenitz: this floating house is located on a pontoon directly in the Olpenitz Marina on the coast of the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the view over the sailboats and the glittering waves from your large roof terrace or relax in the sauna after a long walk on the beach.

On the first floor of the house you will find the two comfortable bedrooms, equipped with a double bed and two single beds respectively. Thanks to the panoramic windows, you can still enjoy the view over the waves from your bed. In addition to the bedrooms, you will find the modern shower room and one of the highlights of the house, the sauna overlooking water.
One floor up is the large, open-plan living area complete with modern kitchenette. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, it is particularly bright and inviting here.
The car can be parked on the shore in the immediate vicinity of the floating house.

The marina's bathing bay can be reached quickly with a short walk, and it is also not far to the kilometer-long sandy beach of the Baltic Sea, which stretches down to Schönhagen. Please note that fishing is not allowed in the marina basin. The new vacation home area is currently being built on the former naval area in Olpenitz on more than 150 hectares.

There may still be construction activities in the vicinity of the house. Small children should be supervised outside due to the construction situation.
