Luxury Villa Dolcea is located in the village of Kaštel, near Umag. The villa is a few minutes away from beaches and good restaurants. In the basement of the villa there is a entertainment room, table football and darts, separate toilet and additional kitchen with a fireplace for relaxation and socializing with the loved ones. On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, separate toilet and two double bedrooms with private bathrooms. Also, on the ground floor there is a large terrace with outdoor pool, barbecue and garden furniture. On the 1st floor there are two double bedrooms with bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the nature, where you can enjoy and rest in the summer hot nights on hanging loungers. The whole villa is air-conditioned, equipped with SAT-TV, WiFi internet and safe. In front of the Villa Dolcea there are four parking spaces available.
