Unser Appartementhaus wurde 1987 fertiggestellt und befindet sich in 1A-Lage, direkt im Kurgebiet in der Herbert-Hellmann-Allee 19-21b in Bad Krozingen. Das Appartementhaus ist umgeben von einer schönen Grünanlage. Hier finden Sie alle Voraussetzungen, die Ihren Aufenthalt zu einem genussreichen Erlebnis werden lassen. Das Thermalbad und Saunaparadies Vita Classica, das Wohlfühlhaus, das Kurhaus, die Touristinformation, die Kur- und Bäderverwaltung sowie einige Kliniken sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich 10 Gehminuten entfernt im Ort. Unsere komfortabel und gemütlich ausgestatteten Ein- und Zweizimmer-Appartements sowie Zweizimmer Appartements "Komfort" sind der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ihre Aktivitäten im nahen und fernen Badischen Umland. Im benachbarten Hotel verwöhnt man Sie auch gerne auch mit einem reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet oder guter badischer Küche. Die ruhige und zentrale Lage verspricht einen angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Unser Haus verfügt über Aufzüge, Fahrradkeller, Rollstuhlrampen, Tiefgaragenparkplätze, Behindertenparkplätze direkt vor dem Haus sowie einen großen Garteninnenhof. Alle Appartements verfügen über Balkon- oder Terrasse, Internet/Wifi, Küche, Bad/WC, LCD/LED-Kabel-TV, Radio/CD, Küche mit Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle sowie alles für den täglichen Haushaltsbedarf. Selbstverständlich finden Sie auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Außerdem stellen wir die Erstausstattung von Handseife, Toilettenpaier sowie Müllbeutel. Unsere 1- Zimmer-Appartements/Ferienwohnungen haben eine Wohnfläche von 37 - 45 qm mit Küche und Essecke. Die 2- Zimmer -Appartements/Ferienwohnungen mit einer Wohnfläche von 56 - 60 qm verfügen zusätzlich über Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle. In unseren 2-Zimmer-Komfort-Appartements/Ferienwohnungen mit 60 - 82 qm Wohnfläche stehen zusätzlich auch Geschirrspüler zur Verfügung. Bei den 60 qm Komfort-Appartements sind die Bäder 2012/13 hochwertig saniert worden.
