Diese Ferienwohnung in einem Gebäude mit insgesamt 3 Ferienwohnungen liegt in ruhiger Lage (ca. 50 Einwohner) in ländlicher und waldreicher Gegend im Weiler Zachariae (ca. 50 Einwohner). Zachariae ist eine reine Wohnsiedlung ohne Einkaufsmöglichkeit oder Gaststätte. Die nächste Gaststätte \"Mecklenburger Bauerstuben\" liegt 4 km mit dem Auto entfernt. Mit dem Rad durch den Wald (3 km) geht es schneller.


Die Wohnung liegt im Ergeschoss, verfügt über eine gehobene Ausstattung und ist sehr stillvoll eingerichtet. Sie besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einem Doppelzimmer, einem Einzelzimmer, Dusche mit WC und einer neuen Einbauküche. Vom Schlafzimmer aus geht eine Tür zur Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen und bietet einen Blick in den Garten.


Sie können Ihre Fahrräder mitbringen wenn Sie möchten und im Haus unterstellen. Bei schönen Wetter können Sie sich ein Boot ausleihen und auf der Peene die Flusslandschaft erkunden.

    “Für Preisbewusste sicherlich eine Option. Positiv: Sehr bemühter Vermieter
    Sehr ruhig gelegen Negativ: Keine Radwege in unmittelbarer Nähe
    Keine Waschmaschine
    Reinigungszustand absolut ungenügend (Dreck unter den Schränken, Spinnenweben an Lampen und über Betten sowie an Heizkörpern)

    “Ich finde es immer wieder nett, wie verlogen doch Gäste sein können. Wo soll unsauber gewesen sein. Spinnen kann ich bestimmen wo sie sich aufhalten sollen. Wenn die Terrasentüre angekippt ist können auch Spinnen rein kommen ohne da jemand etwas verhindern kann. Das keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung steht ist schon vorher bekannt und stehlt keinen Mangel dar.Wie kann man schmutz unter den Schränken sehen ohne das man auf den Knien herum rutscht. Warum lügen Gäste den Vermieter an. Ich frage jeden bei der abreise ob alles in Ordnung war oder nicht. Und die Antwort war , es war gut. Hier sieht man wieder einmal das man als Vermieter nur die Leistung bringen sollte , für welche bezahlt wird. Wir sind nicht für die Lage des Ortes verantwortlich, noch weniger das es keine Radwege gibt und für die Umgebung gleich gar nicht. Kritik ist immer gut und hilfreich, nur sollte es der Wahrheit entsprechen”
