- The ground floor has a kitchenette-living room with a gas-stove, large fridge, plenty of dishes and pans, coffee machine, radio, and bathroom with shower. A pellet-burning stove in the cooler seasons will give you pleasant warmth.

- In the 2nd floor is the living room with sofa, small table, double bed, satellite TV and the old windmill mechanic.
From here you have panoramic view of Santiago do Cacém until the Atlantic Ocean.
