Ruhige Nichtraucherwohnung mit Zentralheitzung und Heizfußböden,  
zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (ein Boxspringbett) eine Wohnküche voll Ausgestattet. Weiters bieten wir noch ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, natürlich auch ein WC. Mit dem Vorraum können unsere Gäste über 70q2 verfügen!



Ferienwohnung mit eigenrm Eingang voll Ausgestatet , diese wurde 2018 neu Renoviert. (beide Schlafzimmer ,Bad, Küche und

Vorraum )

In beidem Schlafzimmer sowie in der Wohnküche ist ein Flach  Sat -Tv  !



Dorfstetten im Südlichen Waldviertelist ein kleiner Ort mit ca 600 Einwohnern, doch mit vollem Herzen zum genießen. Uns sowie den Urlaubsgästen steht vieles offen, zum Beispiel Gekennzeichnete Wanderwege, Bogensport, zwei origenale Gasthöfe, Tankstelle und einen Bäcker mit Nahversorger!



Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in einer Anhöhung mit einenm schönen Bilck über dem Ort Dorfstetten. Die Ferienwohnung ist Ebenerdig mit grosser Terrasse,Gartengrill, Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenliegen! Die Wohnung ist in einem Privaten Haus .Zum genießen ihres Urlaubs stehen ihnen zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten ( Boxspringbetten) eine Wohnküche voll Ausgestattet. Weiters bieten wir noch ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, natürlich auch ein WC. Mit dem Vorraum können unsere Gäste über 70q2 verfügen! Unsere Ferienwohnung hat bei der Kategorisierung (Überprüfung der Wohnung vom Landesverband für Privatzimmervermietung in Niederösterreich)4 Sonnen erhalten, die höchste Auszeichnung die ein Betrieb erhalten kann!!!
