Das im Jahre 2018 komplett modernisierte Ferienhaus steht separat auf dem 1000 qm großen Wohngrundstück des Vermieters in zentraler Ortslage zwischen Ostsee und Achterwasser. Der Ostseestrand ist etwa 750 m entfernt. 
Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Wohnraum (Polstermöbel, Flachbild-TV, Radio, Essecke), einem Schlafraum (2 zusammenstellbare Polsterliegen), einer Küche (E-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle) sowie DU/WC und Zentralheizung. 
Zur Verfügung stehen W-LAN, eine große überdachte Terrasse mit Gartenmöbel, Strandkorb, Sonnenliegen und (Elektro)Grill, Carport und Unterstellmöglichkeit für mitgebrachte Fahrräder.
 
Im Gesamtpreis enthalten sind Bettwäsche, Wasser- und Energieverbrauch sowie die Endreinigung. Das Seebad Zempin ist kurtaxepflichtig. Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden.



Das Bernsteinbad Zempin ist eines der schönen Seebäder auf der Insel Usedom, auf einer schmalen Landzunge zwischen Ostsee und Achterwasser gelegen. Breiter Sandstrand (auch Hundestrand und FKK), Naturhafen am Achterwasser, Radwanderwege, div. Gastronomie, Einkauf, Fahrrad- und Strandkorbverleih im Ort. Vom Bahnhof Zempin erreichen Sie bequem im 30-Minuten-Takt die anderen Seebäder der Insel.
