Our house is located in a quiet street near the outskirts of Tündern. It is only a few meters away from the cycle track which runs along the Weser.

You have the opportunity of parking your car in front of our house and in our driveway as well as parking your bike in a storage room on our property.

Furthermore, our village offersa bakery, a butcher’s shop and a small grocery store. You can reach the shops by foot.

The holiday flat measures approx. 70 m2, covering the entire lower floor of our house. The flat offers enough space for up to four guests and is divided in a connected living and dining room, a spacious kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

 

Besides the usual furniture as well as a television , the living room has a wood stove that can be used to heat the room on cold winter days. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, oven, ceramic hob, fridge and a microwave. The bedroom offers two single beds with a bedside table each, a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Furthermore, there are two additional berths on the extendable couch in the living room. The bathroom has an at-grade shower, a toilet and a washbasin with a large mirror. From the living room you can reach a partially covered terrace and through the kitchen you can enter a balcony which is fully covered. Both, balcony and terrace, offer seating opportunities. The balcony also leads you to the backyard and the storage room.

 

You are not allowed to smoke inside our holiday flat, but you can smoke on the balcony and the terrace.  Both are fully or at least partially covered, so you can smoke even during bad weather without getting wet.
