House in Kaštel with First-Floor Terrace

Comfortable, air-conditioned Istrian-style stone holiday home on three floors with swimming pool, fenced yard and parking. Located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in a small town located on the top of the hill, on the Buje-Capodistria road, from where the view dominates the wide Dragogna valley.

Nearby various restaurants offering various Istrian specialties and wines.


The house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms, safe, central heating, offers the possibility to spend relaxing moments on two covered terraces surrounded by plants and flowers, the portable barbecue on the first-floor terrace equipped with table and chairs, the pool area equipped with a sunbathing area with deck chairs, umbrellas and outdoor shower, table with chairs, parking in the enclosed property.

As the house is located on a hill, there is a continuous pleasant sea breeze. Kanegra beach 10 km away. The 130 sqm house is located on three levels.

On the ground floor from the pool area the entrance to the living area with a comfortable three-seater sofa and two armchairs, coffee table, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioner, the fireplace to warm up in the coldest periods, the equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with 4-liter freezer area, oven, stove with four electric ceramic hobs, smoke extractor hood, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen island with sink and a hob raised with two kitchen stools and various kitchen utensils.

From the kitchen, the exit to the covered and fenced terrace, furnished with garden furniture where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning surrounded by the surrounding nature full of plants.

A staircase covered in solid wood leads to the first floor consisting of two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The bedroom with double bed 160x200, two bedside tables and night lamps, mirror, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair and flat-screen satellite TV, the second bedroom with two single beds 80x190, wardrobe, two bedside tables, desk with desk chair and armchair.

The adjacent bathroom has a bathtub with shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, bidet, external window, bathroom wardrobe. The second flight of stairs covered in solid wood leads to the second attic floor. The large open living room equipped with a corner sofa bed, coffee table, cabinet, air conditioner, cot. From the living area a small corridor leads to the bedroom with double bed 160x200, two bedside tables and night lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe, air conditioner, flat-screen satellite TV and armchair. The attached bathroom consists of a shower with hydromassage, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, bidet, external window. Bed linen and bath towels two per person provided (changed weekly), high chair available for children.


The house was built in 1805 and renovated in 2013. The owners live in the house next door in case of need they are always available.

The 24 sq m swimming pool in the 150 sq m fenced property is equipped with lighting.

The nearest beach is Kanegra beach with gravel and clear sea 10km, restaurant 200m, grocery shop in Buje 4km away.

The nearest coastal town Umag 13 km.

The city of Umag offers countless events and evenings during the summer months, for the young audience, they organize various festivals, outdoor concerts and clubbing which intensify during the manifestation of the ATP tennis tournament in Umag.

For families with children, parks and beaches suitable for children. In the center of Umag, there is a playground, stalls. Possibility of making many interesting organized trips by bus or boat which you can book upon arrival or during your stay at the Trevitours agency. Just 15 km away, in the town of Nova Vas, to the delight of all children, there is the Istralandia water park, suitable for all ages, where fun is guaranteed. In neighboring countries excellent producers of olive oil, Istrian wines, cheeses. Near the small waterfall of Butoniga with the old mill no longer in operation. We recommend a visit to the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the medieval village located on a hill, Hum the smallest city in the world 60 km away, only 11 km away, for truffle lovers, we recommend the village of Livade at 23 km away.

    “Positiv: Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub genießen will ist hier genau richtig. Das einzige Geräusch was man hört ist 3 x am Tag dir Kirchenglocke.
    Im Umkreis von ca. 15 Kilometer gibt es alles was man braucht. Sprich ein Auto muss man unbedingt haben.”
