Das ca. 180 m² große Ferienhaus verfügt über ein Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Sofecke, einem Flatscreen TV mit DVD Spieler, sowie einem Esstisch mit Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Die offen angrenzende Küche ist mit einem Backofen, einem (Tief-)Kühlschrank, einem Herd, einer Spülmaschine, einer Mikrowelle, einer Kaffeemaschine, sowie einem Toaster und einem Wasserkocher komplett ausgestattet und lässt somit keine Wünsche offen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich zudem ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (1,80 m Breite), einem Schrank und zwei Nachttischen und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Toilette, Bidet und Waschbecken. Das Obergeschoss ist mit drei Schlafzimmer und jeweils einem französischen Bett (1,40 m Breite), einem Schrank und Nachttischen ausgestattet. Gerne stellt Ihnen der Vermieter auf Wunsch ein Kinderbett, sowie einen Kinderstuhl kostenfrei bereit. Zu den Ausstattungsmerkmalen des zweiten Badezimmers zählen eine Badewanne, eine Toilette und ein Waschbecken. Eine Heizung und kostenfreies WLAN befinden sich in allen Räumen des Hauses. Zudem steht eine Waschmaschine bereit.



Die große Terrasse mit einem Tisch, einer Markise und einer Hollywoodschaukel lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Genießen Sie hier ein gemeinsames Abendessen mit der ganzen Familie. Oder ziehen Sie sich auf den gemütlichen Balkon mit einem Glas Wein zurück und genießen Sie die Ruhe. Ihnen stehen außerdem noch zwei überdachte und kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung.     “Fijn huis, fijne buurt maar hou rekening met het feit dat de eigenaar altijd in de nabijheid is. Positiv: Goede bedden, pleintje vlakbij waar kinderen kunnen spelen/voetballen
    Rustige buurt. Tv met netflix. Negativ: Geen tuinstoelen aanwezig, enkel bank buiten die niet verplaatsbaar is. Veel mieren buiten. De eigenaar is heel aanwezig, woont op hetzelfde grondstuk, bijna aanpalend aan de vakantiewoning. De eigenaar spreekt wel geen Nederlands en Engels… Restaurant: Pizzeria Jezicc - Gezellige pizzeria, kleinschalig maar net, top qua prijs/kwaliteit! Zeker een aanrader!! Ausflüge: Begeleid bezoek en tour naar de Brijuni eilanden - Een bezoek aan de Brijuni eilanden inclusief gids en treintje die rijdt door gans het nationaal park vh eiland.”

    “Die Zufahrt zum Objekt war aufgrund der Serpentinen sehr anspruchsvoll aber auch jedesmal ein Abenteuer. Positiv: Die allgemeine Lage und die Aussicht vom Pool sind atemberaubend schön. Außerdem waren die Besitzer mehr als freundlich, bemüht und sehr hilfsbereit. Dank der Stille konnte man sich sehr erholen und den Alltagsstress hinter sich lassen. Die Besitzer betrieben ein Bergrestaurant was nicht weit vom Objekt entfernt war, wo es sehr leckere Speisen und köstlichen selbstgemachten Wein gab. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Besitzer und ihre Familie haben uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen und mit eingeschlossen.”

    “Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus und Anwesen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Haus ist zwar ca. 15 Minuten von den nächsten Stränden entfernt, mit dem Auto ist das jedoch kein Problem. Auch hier haben die Vermieter so manchen guten Tip. Wir haben und in den zwei Augustwochen dieses Jahr dort sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben.”
