Lage:
Located at the municipality Gosau at the "Salzkammergut", submontane the Dachstein, with direct access to the skiing and hiking area Dachstein-West. The connection to the road in direction Gosau lake (Gosausee) allows an easy accessibility by car all year round. You can park your car directly in front of the cottage.
Entfernungen:
Cable car to the family-friendly skiing area Dachstein-West with 164 kilometres of pistes only 100m away! 30km long cross-country ski run and a winter hiking trail are within spitting distance. Toboggan run in 1km. Ski school with child care, ski rental in 5km. Indoor swimming pool in 6km, shopping in 6km. Ideally located for ski touring and snowshoeing, as well as hiking, climbing or mountain biking. In summer the cable car at Gosausee (in 2km) to Dachstein-West is opened. Adventure park "Urzeitwald" in just 200m distance.

The completely renovated cottage offers a comfortable atmosphere. Ground floor: big snuggery with dining table, a lounge next to the chimney, a sofa and satellite TV. Kitchen with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso and filter coffe machine and a water boiler. Bathroom with bath tub, rain shower and toilet. Storeroom for foods. Anteroom with boot dryer and infrared/steam cabin. Upper floor: 3 double rooms, shower/toilet, 1 washroom. An environmentally friendly, automatically controlled heating system ensures a pleasant warmth. In front of the cottage is a furnished terrace with charcoal grill and a big garden on which a forest and a creek are border on. Bed linen are available. In front of the hut is a large garden, there is a patio with a garden furniture and a barbecue grill. Smoking inside the cottage is not allowed. Bed linen and dish towels are included in the price.
