    “Koud, vochtig en ongezellig huis. Alle tuinmeubilair stond nog in de huiskamer. Was 12 graden toen we binnenkwamen en na 24 uur stoken 16-17 graden. Werd niet warmer. Verwarming exclusief maar kost 20 euro per dag! Verwarming is absoluut noodzakelijk vanwege vochtigheid in huis.Soort paardendekens op bed. Schoon maar oud linnengoed. Kleding, boeken vochtig mee terug naar huis. Na 1 dag hadden wij ook geen water meer. Reparatie duurde 1 dag. Tot op heden geen enkele compensatie voor geleden schade.
    Prijs kwaliteit niet in verhouding.
    Eigenaren zouden het huis en de tuin moeten controleren na de winter, wanneer het zo lang leeg gestaan heeft. Tuin is een groot grasland.
