The Assou river flows peacefully from the Monts d'Alban, and passes not far from Villefranche d'Albigeois, about ten kilometers from Albi.
On its course in this beautiful green and wooded valley, is the Moulin de Moussu.
For a weekend, for a short or long stay for a relaxing holiday in Albigensian at the bottom of this peaceful valley you will find two adjoining gîtes: the Grange des 15 Meuniers, and the Gite des 8 Meuniers.
Each of them with parking spaces, enclosed garden, shaded terrace and barbecue.
The swimming pool and its large relaxation area where young and old can have fun and enjoy the sun and share in a friendly atmosphere with other summer visitors.
All around the Gîte, on paths and trails for pleasant walks.
Fishing possible during authorized periods with permit (1st category).
The Moulin des 23 diners is the combination of two gîtes (the Grange des 15 Meuniers and the Gîte des 8 Meuniers). With the large volume of the 1st gîte and a total of 14 bedrooms, this set can accommodate up to 23 people. Ideal for hosting several families, everyone at home to sleep, and everyone together to eat, bathe, have fun... You benefit in the Barn from a very large living room of 84 m² (14x6m) with in the first part a fully equipped open kitchen, in the center the dining area and at the other end the lounge area equipped with a large 130 cm flat screen TV, several armchairs and sofa.
Still on the same floor, five bedrooms with a baby bed in one of them and three bathrooms, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
On the upper floors, on one side, on the mezzanine, another bathroom and two bedrooms and on the other side, two other bedrooms under a crawl space
In the other Gîte, on the ground floor: another living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a lounge area, and a bathroom.
On the 1st floor, three other bedrooms, one with a baby bed plus a bathroom.
On the top floor, under a ramp, two additional beds.
In total for the two Gîtes: 6 bathrooms and 14 bedrooms (23 beds)
(8 bedrooms with double bed 140 x 190), (1 with 2 single beds 90 x 190), (5 with 1 single bed 90 x 190).
Outside: a large 32 m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and a large fenced garden. The swimming pool, its relaxation area and the parking lot are to be shared in a friendly atmosphere with other summer visitors.
