Die heimelige Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf der Axalp auf rund 1535 m.ü.M und ist in 25 Minuten ab Brienz über die Bergstrasse erreichbar. Von der Axalp haben Sie eine einmalige Sicht auf die umliegenden Bergen und den Brienzersee. Im Winter kann man von der Piste aus direkt zur Wohnung fahren. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein auszieh Bett im Wohnzimmer und ein doppel Bett im oberen Stock. Der Zugang zum oberen Stock erfolgt über eine Leiter. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet inkl. Racletteoffen, Fondue-Caquelon und einen Gasgrill. Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem ausziehbaren Schlafsofa, Esstisch und einem Cheminéeofen für ein gemütlichens Ambiente ausgestattet. Die Mittags- und Abendsonne kann auf der Terrasse mit Bergsicht genossen werden. Haustiere sind Willkommen.
In der Dorfmitte ca. 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Dorfladen, welcher über die nötigsten Lebensmittel und Souvenirs verfügt. Im Winter bietet die Axalp verschiedene Möglichkeiten um Wintersport zu betreiben. (Skifahren, Langlauf, Schneeschuhwandern und Schlitteln) Im Sommer lädt besonders das Hinterburgseeli und viele andere Routen zum Wandern ein.
