The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court. The complex is surrounded by a large garden that offers plenty of space for children's activities and games.

The apartment offers accommodation for 3-4 people. It consists of a bedroom/living room (double bed), a kitchen (sofa bed for 1-2 people) and a bathroom. The size of the apartment is about 45 m2. The facility is 300 m from the beach. Paklenica National Park is 1.2 km from the apartment. Within 100 m there are: supermarket, coffee bar, gas station, pharmacy, ATM, exchange office, hairdresser, souvenir shop. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking lot (for 10 cars) on the property.
