Die Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse und Garten liegt in Meinerzhagen in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand. Alle Fenster sind mit Rollläde ausgestattet auch teilweise elektrisch. Die Terrasse mit Markise, Gartenmöbel und Grillmöglichkeit bietet an heißen Sommertagen reichlich Entspannung. Eine Parkmöglichkeit ist direkt vor dem Haus. Zur Bruchertalsperre sind es nur 11 Kilometer. Der Biggesee mit Bademöglichkeit ist 26 Kilometer entfert. Dort können Sie auch Schifffahrten unternehmen, sowie Angeln. Weitere Bade- und Angelmöglichkeiten sind circa 15 Kilometer entfernt. Die Region bietet außerdem tolle Wanderwege im Ebbegebirge. Dazu gehört der Sauerlandhöhenflug und Pilgerweg.
