Bright and comfortable living on 65 m2, 2.5 room flat.
Bright and spacious 2.5 room attic flat on the 2nd floor. Quiet location with sunny balcony and wonderful view to the Piz Margna.
The cosy living room is equipped with a sitting area. Gallery accessible by internal staircase.
The bedroom has a double bed with one mattress (2 mattresses possible on request) and plenty of storage space.
Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment (refrigerator also available for guests). Oven and microwave.
The bathroom has a bath/shower, WC and double washbasin.
There is an open wardrobe in front of the entrance area. The flat has wooden flooring, the gallery is carpeted.

Ski and bicycle room are available, included in flat rent. Pets are allowed and will be charged with Fr. 7.- daily.

A hoover is available for guests and may be used free of charge.
WLAN and SAT-TV may also be used free of charge.
Parking space is not available. The car must be parked in the public parking garage and is not included in the price.
The minimum stay is 7 nights.
Chesa Fümm is located in the centre of Sils, close to hiking trails, cross-country skiing tracks, bus station and shop.

80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 100.
