On warm summer days, the balcony with garden furniture offers a wonderful place to relax. Here you can have a leisurely breakfast and enjoy the peace and quiet. A highlight of the vacation apartment is the high-quality infrared sauna, where you can relax even on frosty winter days.

You will spend your vacation close to the Winterberg ski resort with a wide range of sports facilities, the St. Georg ski jump on the Herrloh and the bobsleigh run in the VELTINS-EisArena. Varied ski and toboggan runs offer something for everyone, whether beginner or professional. Winterberg also invites all nature and sports enthusiasts in summer. To the north of the old town with its many old half-timbered houses is the spa park In der Helle, where you can play mini golf in summer and toboggan in winter. One of the highest and probably best-known mountains in the Sauerland rises in the Winterberg district: the Kahle Asten, where the Lenne has its source. The town center with its many restaurants can be reached on foot in around 20 minutes.
