Welcome to Warendorf! In an established neighbourhood in the north of Warendorf you will find comfortable accommodation with its own entrance in a detached house not far from the DOKR, the FN and the sports school. 2 km to the state stud. Situated in a cul-de-sac, directly next to the forest, you can reach the DOKR on foot in 5 minutes. The historic town centre is only approx. 2 km away and can be easily reached by public bus (approx. 400 m). The Ems cycle path and the historic town centre cycle path are also nearby. The flat has been in existence for 3 years.

The staircase to the flat has 15 steps. The balcony overlooks the neighbouring gardens and the forest beyond. The south-west-facing balcony leads into the flat, which consists of two levels. On the lower level there is a fitted kitchen, sitting area, dining area, historic cupboards and a separate bathroom with a spacious shower and a washing machine that you can use for your personal laundry. On the upper level, there is a double bed (2x2 m and a 1.40 m bed) and a wardrobe. The beds are on one level and are only separated by a shelf wall. A travel cot can be added if required.The flat is suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 children or for 2-3 adults.
