Bungalow with swimming pool and air conditioning

The detached bungalow built in 2001, was renovated in 2017 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture. Baby cot (crib) on request.

Poreč. The bungalow is located on a 3000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. On the same property is the holiday apartment IST POR 093 and ISTPOR281 Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

    “Es handelt sich um ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus auf einer Etage, mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Bad, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Die Küche (Gas und E-Kochfeld, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Spüle, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfanne, Reibe, Teller, Gläser, Tassen, Kühl-/Gefrier-Kombi, Staubsauger) war ausreichend bestückt, alles da was man braucht. Grillplatz für alle Bewohner der Anlage mit 2 Gasgrills, Möglichkeit zum Wäschewaschen durch Hauspersonal vorhanden, Trocknung auf Wäscheleine vor der Terrasse. TV mit vielen deutschen Programmen. Einmal pro Woche wurde die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Das Bad mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Eine Klimaanlage im Wohn-/Essbereich kann man bei Bedarf einschalten, auch Heizungen sind vorhanden.

    Schöne, weitläufige und gepflegte Anlage mit vielen Blumen, Obst- und Olivenbäumen, umgeben von einer 2m hohen Mauer. Sauberer kleiner Salzwasserpool mit Dusche und Liegen. Parkplätze unter Bäumen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Anlage liegt außerhalb der Stadt in einem kleinen Dorf, in 300m Entfernung befinden sich Kaufland, Lidl, und einige andere Supermärkte. Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum ca 2km (mit 2 großen gebührenpflichtigen Parkplätzen), Strand 5km (auf Empfehlung des Vermieters, top)”
