The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 2008, renovated in 2016 and is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the sunny location. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court.

Location
Kaldanija, 180 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 600 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow and flowers, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

Special
air conditioner, central heating (oil). Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Pool
Outdoor pool (heatable, 3 m x 8 m, depth 1,45 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of April to mid of October. Pool heating is included in the price available in June, July and August. For months April, May, September and October, the pool heating costs € 7.00 per day.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Shopping opportunity 3 km, restaurant 200 m, town center 3,5 km. doctor, pharmacy, bank each 9 km in Caldania.In summer: Adriatic Sea 6 km in Caldania (nudist beach 6 km in Caldania with meadow, gravel and stones). Caldania: golf 8 km and tennis, boat rental, boat launch each 9 km.

American kitchen in the living room with TV, electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (180 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine. Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 sink and WC. Bathroom (7 sqm) with whirlpool, 2 sinks, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
