Das Ferienhaus liegt in Kaštel nahe der grenze EU's. Nur wenige minuten entfernt von der sehr bekannten Urlaubsdestination Umag die ihnen zhalreiche Strände aller art anbieten kann und vieles mehr. Das Haus hat einen pool ganz fuer sie allein so wie einen grossen Garten wo sich auch der Grill befindet. Die wohnung ist neu renoviert und hat alles was den Wohnberich , Küche , Badezimmer und die mehreren Schlaffzimmer angeht. Die ortslandschaft ist sehr ruhig keine Discos in der nahe und kein autoverkehr so das sie ihre kinder ruhig und umbesorgt spielen lassne koennen. Es sind zhalreiche Retsaurants in der umgebung die ihnen viele Spezialiteten anbieten koennen und alle sind zu fuss ereichbar. Istrien ist bekannt fuer ihre sportlichen angebote und so stehen ihen sportarten aller art zur verfugung zm beispiel Pferde Reiten , Fahradstrecken , Golf , Tauchen , Tennis und vieles mehr.Im Haus befinden sich Standige bewohner am stockwerk.Vermietet wird nur die Wohnung im erdgeschoss die auf den Bildern zu sehen ist und das Pool ist auch nur fuer ihre nutzung da so wie der Grill und Garten.Die umgebung ist Waldig wie man auf dem satelieten foto sehen kann daher koenne wir nicht garantieren das im Sommer kein Inseckten ins Haus reinkommen oder anderes. Die Fotos wurden im April 2011 gemacht daher kann es sein das am Objekt einige aenderungen vorhanden sind.
