Quietly situated villa with pool, in a well-maintained and laid-out garden, surrounded by vineyards

This villa is located 300 metres from the small village of Les Gastons, five kilometres from the Plan de la Tour municipality and ten kilometres from Sainte Maxime. It is surrounded by vineyards and is quiet and tranquil, situated in a beautiful, maintained garden with private pool. There are only a few houses in the neighbourhood. The house is ideal for relaxing and unwinding in beautiful surroundings.

The holiday home is equipped with air conditioning, has living space of 130 m² and offers space for six people. It has a 45 m² living and dining area with fireplace. A sitting room suite with armchairs and sofa made of leather provides a cosy atmosphere. Satellite TV, a DVD player, stereo system and telephone are also available. There are three bedrooms, which are approximately 15 m² in size. Each room has a comfortable double bed. Fly screens in front of the bedroom windows will ensure a quiet night. The 20 m² mezzanine floor is equipped with a sofa which folds out into a bed, a desk, a chair and a coffee table. Guests have a fully equipped, modern kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer compartment and four gas burners as well as various kitchen appliances. There is also a fully fitted bathroom with bathtub, shower, bidet and two wash stands as well as a separate toilet.

The villa has two terraces. The 25 m² roofed terrace directly adjoins the kitchen and the dining room. The second terrace is 50 m² in size and is located approximately 20 metres from the house. It is furnished with a large table and benches with space for six people. From here you can enjoy a magnificent 270° view of the surrounding hills. The holiday home is situated on a 3200 m² wooded property with pool. The pool is 3.5 x 7.5 metres in size, is not overlooked and is regularly serviced twice per week professionally. Garden furniture such as chairs and loungers are by the pool and also on the terraces. At the pool, there is also a grill/barbecue. Two roofed parking spaces are also available.

The villa has a wireless Internet connection.

The area offers numerous possibilities for sports enthusiasts such as sailing, surfing, fishing, climbing, horseback riding, and playing golf or tennis. Those seeking rest and relaxation can go hiking and walking. Shops, a bank and restaurants can be found in the area of Plan de la Tour.

    “Fijn huis, ruim met verschillende leuke terrassen in de tuin. Houd wel rekening met moeilijk begaanbare toegangsweg van meer dan 400 m (niet geschikt voor lage autos) en de waterafvoer voor wc en wasmachine is door tank niet optimaal, verder is dubbele airco in de woonkamer uitstekend om het hele huis koel te houden bij fikse warmte. Een week energie en water is samen ca 300 euro.”

    “Deze villa is zeer compleet en ruim. Er hoort een groot afgezet terrein bij wat heel fijn is met een hond. Het zwembad is niet groot, maar voor 2 personen groot genoeg. De villa is van binnen mooier dan op de foto's. In de slaapkamer waar wij hebben gelegen zou een nieuw matras of bedbodem geen overbodige luxe zijn. Het is ons niet gelukt om op de sateliet TV Nederlandse zender te ontvangen, jammer gezien het voetbal in deze periode. De routebeschrijving, hoe uitgebreid die ook was, klopte niet helemaal waardoor wij na een rit van 15 uur nog 2 uur hebben rondgedwaald. Ga vooral links de brug op in plaats van deze te passeren!!
    De bijkomende kosten voor water en energie zijn fors. In ons geval € 150,00 voor 2 weken voor 2 personen.”
