There are various apartments to let in this building in the little locality of Brodarica near Sibenik (UNESCO heritage site). The house is right by the sea, is very clean, quiet, family-friendly, with the possibility to barbecue.
Brodarica is a friendly oasis with little beaches (pebble, concrete), many bays and crystal clear water. The property is easy to access by car.
The owners live in the house and also run a taxi service. Split airport is about 60km away, so you can hire the owners to pick you up and take you there (supplementary charge applies, also to trips).
Brodarica is about 6km to the south of Sibenik, facing the island of Krapanj. The island has a newly built and one of the most modern diving centres in Dalmatia, for all hobby and sports divers. Brodarica has a wide range of restaurants, cafés and shops. Interesting trip destinations include Krka National Park with waterfalls 20km away – the original film set for a Winnetou film, boat trips to Kornati National Park, to Split with the Diocletian palace, the historic centre of Trogir, or to Sibenik (a UNESCO heritage site). There is a doctor 300 metres away and a tourist office 400 metres away. The train station and Sibenik harbour are 6km away, a petrol station and two shopping centres 3km away.
Apartment A2
The studio apartment is on the first floor and provides a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm). It is possible to add a supplementary bed. The cooking niche has a hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower. Air conditioning and satellite TV are available, as well as free wireless Internet access throughout the house. Bed linen and hand towels are changed weekly, please bring your own beach towels (can be washed on request).
It is possible to barbecue. A parking space is provided.
