This bright apartment is located on the ground floor of a Provencal house in a quiet, upscale neighbourhood on a south facing hill, only 2000 meters from the ocean. The apartment boasts a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and patio access, a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer and a living room with a sofa, television and dining area, as well as a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric stove (4 burner and oven), coffee and espresso machine and a toaster. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans.
Outside, you will find covered patios (approximately 30m2) and sun patios of approximately 20m2. You can gain access to the south facing but shaded patio with a dining table from the living room. An outdoor barbecue, sun loungers and a sun shade are at your disposal. The 4 x 9 meter pool can be enjoyed all days, as well. A private and secure car parking space is available.
The town centre of Les Issambres, which offers all kinds of shops and restaurants and the harbour are about 1.5 km from the property. A small shop for your daily needs can be reached in five minutes on foot and is located in the Varazur Club.
