This detached, fenced in, Provencal holiday house is quietly located in between Saint-Tropez and Cogolin.



The ground-level house with high ceilings has three comfortably furnished bedrooms and two shower rooms with toilets. The first bedroom is furnished with a French double bed (160 x 200cm), the second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200cm) and the third bedroom has two children's single beds (90 x 190cm). The kitchen is equipped with an oven with a grill, a microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The living room features an open fireplace and has an adjoining dining room, along with wireless Internet access. The washing machine and dryer are located in the outdoor kitchen, where you can also find a big barbecue and a large refrigerator.



Additionally, there is a sun terrace and a covered patio where you can sunbathe or dine al fresco. The garden has old pine trees. You will also find an outdoor shower, a carport and a car parking space on the property. The 650 m² is fenced in. There is a communal pool (10 x 20m) with a kids’ pool, as well as a tennis court about 80 metres from the house, both free of charge.

2km from the house there is a beautiful new 9-hole golf course with a restaurant. In Beauvallon 5km from the house is an old golf course with 18 holes. It is about 1km to the locality, the nearest shops and the beach and about 2km to the harbour Port Cogolin. It is about 3km to the sandy beach in the bay of St. Tropez and 5km to St. Tropez itself. The nearest airport is 80km away.

    “Schönes , gut eingerichtetes Haus für 6 Personen in schöner Anlage. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, bietet aber kaum Stauraum für Lebensmittel. Die Terrasse bietet angenehme Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit in Sonne und Schatten. Ein zusätzlicher Kühlschrank bietet Platz für ausreichend gekühlte Getränke. Die Betten sind eher kurz, aber hinten ohne Begrenzung. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Parkplatz steht direkt auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung.
    Die angegebenen Entfernungen für Strand und Ort können höchstens Luftlinie gemeint sein. Ohne Auto ist hier nichts erreichbar.
    Die Verwalter vor Ort waren nett und hilfsbereit.”

    “Dům je čistý, upravený na hezkém místě v rezidenční části.Sezení na zahradě gril vše vpořádku,parkování uvnitř.     “Sehr schönes Haus in sehr gutem Zustand mit großer Terrasse und Garten in provenzalischem Stil.
    Lokale Verwaltung spricht deutsch und ist immer ansprechbar - perfekt. Alles sehr sympathisch und gut ausgestattet, alles funktioniert wie es soll und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt (es ist zwar kein Neubau mit Luxus in Bad und Küche auf dem allerneuesten technischen Stand, aber wir haben nichts vermisst).
    - wir waren drei Personen, daher mehr als genug Platz
    - Kamin, großer Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank auf der Terrasse, daher Grillen und ausreichend kalte Getränke sehr gut möglich
    - Küche etwas klein, aber komplett ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen und Kaffeemaschine (nicht allerneueste Generation an Geräten, aber in guter Qualität --> Bosch etc.)
    - zwei Bäder (mit zwei Duschen und zwei Toiletten): kein Luxus, aber sehr funktional und total in Ordnung
