Chalet very close to Saint Tropez and the Mediterranean coast in a holiday resort


If you are looking for a holiday house in the south of France, then you are sure to enjoy a holiday in this chalet. The detached and stylish chalet is in a quiet location, about five kilometres from Saint Tropez and very close to Gassin, Cogolin, Grimaud and Port Grimaud. It is surrounded by hills. You can find various beaches in the immediate vicinity. There`s no swimming pool and tennis court in the resort.

This holiday residence can accommodate four adults and a child. It is equipped with all the necessary modern conveniences for enjoying a beautiful and relaxed holiday in the south of France. It has a living room with seating, a sofa bed for two people (140 x 200cm), satellite TV with 500 channels, an open kitchen including a hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, dining corner and a highchair. There are also two bedrooms, one with two single beds (each 90 x 200cm), one with a bunk bed for a total of three people (140 x 200cm below and 140 x 200cm above). The beds were renewed in 2019. Your holiday house also has a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, mirror and a WC. A washing machine and a dryer, central heating and wireless Internet access are also provided. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

The house has a garden, with a terrace and a veranda. Both have garden furniture. You can park your car right by the house. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.

Its surroundings provides parents and children plenty of opportunities to enjoy their leisure with sports.

Basically you can make use of luxurious facilities during your stay and can enjoy your holiday in the south of France to the full.

20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.

    “Prachtig chalet op een rustig gelegen park. Het staat er uitstekend bij en is van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals tv via een schotelantenne, goed wifi, een gezellige veranda (met horren, of glas). Auto kan keurig voor de deur geparkeerd worden. De tuin is mooi en gezellig: je kan daar in alle rust zitten of liggen. Het onderhoud van het chalet is top: pand staat mooi in de verf. Wij zijn daar afgelopen zomer voor de tweede keer geweest en komen graag een keer terug.”

    “Heerlijk, en van alle gemakken voorzien.
    Een ruim bad en badkamer. Verder een praktische keuken zelf met een vaatwasser en allerlei apparatuur. De slaapkamers zijn heel ruim en heerlijk stil
    De serre is fantastsich ruim en omdat ik er was in Oktober stond het niet standaard open maar was het heerlijk zitten met een bakkie koffie.”

    “Das Chalet war nicht gereinigt, es gab in der Anzeige kein Hinweis auf das notwendige Mitbringen von Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die Lage direkt an der Ferienparkstraße hinter dem Eingang bedeutet einigen Verkehrslärm. Die Ausstattung war befriedigend, aber auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Immerhin gab es eine Klimaanlage. Die Toilette war abolut zu klein.”

    “Danke das Sie unser Chalet bewertet haben. Schade das Sie sich nicht gemeldet haben, dass nicht gereinigt worden ist, dann hätten wir das sofort nachgeholt. Obwohl wir bisher da nie Probleme hatten und die Kräfte vor Ort schon Jahre für uns arbeiten. Es gibt einen Hinweis in der Präsentation das Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitgebracht werden müssen. Wir haben 2019 alle Betten erneuert. Das WC können Sie auf einem Foto vom Bad sehen und selber entscheiden wie es ist.”
